Archery World Championships: India Wins Gold, Silver and Bronze

Shanghai, China: The 4th stage of the Archery World Championships 2010 proved lucky for India when their 16-member contingent of archers won 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 bronze to finish joint 3rd in the list of 37 participating nations. In the process the winners booked berth for the Edinburgh 2010 Archery World Championships.

Deepika Kumari & Jayanta Talukdar Enter Archery World Championship Final

Shanghai, China: Deepika Kumari (Recurve Women) and Jayanta Talukdar (Recurve Men) were the two individuals in the 16 member (biggest squad of the tournament) Indian team of Shanghai Stage 4 World Championshiops 2010 who could win medals, besides the Team Gold. Shanghai, China: With the completion of 4th stage in Shanghai, the list of 7 archers is completed for the 2010 World Championships at Edinburgh. While Korea emerged the leader in Shanghai, India finished joint 3rd with Great Britain. Here are the results of Indians participating in all events.
