World Badminton Championship: Indian Women’s Doubles Record in All Editions

Starting from the 2nd edition of World Badminton Championships in 1980, Indian Women’s Doubles teams have represented India in 19 editions. India earned its second medal at World Badminton Championships when Jwala and Ashwini won Bronze in 2011 Championship. The medal was no less than a pleasant surprise for a country where only two out of 23 teams have appeared together in more than one World Badminton Championships.
