2004 Olympics: Rathore Shoots A Medal, Independent India Wins 2nd Olympic Silver

Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore became the first Indian to win an Olympic medal in Shooting. He won a Silver medal in Men’s double trap. Flag bearer Anju Bobby George and Women’s 4 × 400 m relay and rower Paulose Pandari Kunnel also reached the finals, while Kunjarani Devi and Men’s Doubles team finished 4th.
