The International Hockey Federation started a new chapter for Asian Hockey by announcing the First Champions Trophy to be held for Asian Men’s Hockey Team. Simultaneously, Ordos City in China is also the host of 2nd Asian Women’s Hockey Championship Trophy. Here are the tournament details for Men’s Hockey Championship.

In other classification matches for 3rd and 4th place Malaysia again defeated Japan in another exciting match between these two teams, while host China were forced to be happy just with participation as Korea drubbed them in the match for 5th position.
