World Cup Statistics: Zimbabwe, the Team Full of Individual Brilliance

Zimbabwe has been a team of individual brilliance where starting from Duncan Fletcher and Houghton in 1983, world class players have played. Unfortunately it has failed to turn its exceptional talent into team success, specially at world cups. Many of its players have received MOMs even in losses. Neil Johnson joined the elite league of players receiving three Player of the Match awards in one edition (1999). Bowling performance in 2011 has taken Mpofu into their best bowler’s group in World Cups of Heath Streak, Strang, Ray Price and Brandes. Campbell is their most successful captain. Check the complete team, batting, bowling, fielding, partnerships and captaincy record of Bangladesh in ODI World Cup editions.
