Overall Performance
RR has Won 43, Lost 37, and two matches were abandoned.
Due to the poor performance in 2008, RCB has not so impressive record. Still they have 45 wins and 41 losses.

Team Comparison
Gayle owns the Orange Cap, but Faulkner has just snatched the Purple Cap from a list of contenders that includes Vinay Kumar too. Bowling was the key strength for RR, but with Watson returning to form they look equally dangerous in batting too with Stuart Binny and Hodge swinging the bat for quick runs, Dravid and Rahane providing the stability. Overall at present they look unbeatable at home.

MI has made RCB look a very weak time with their bowling and batting too. Jaipur pitch poses the same challenge for RCB batsmen again. All about Gayle, Kohli and AB de Villiers. Bowlers may find some help but can they get past RR batsmen easily!! Doubtful.

Verdict
The disciplined bowling of RR and attacking batting unit can easily take the revenge that they need and surpass RCB on Points table too.
