Ashwini Ponnappa and Satwiksairaj were the stars winning two matches, their mixed doubles as well as Women’s Doubles (with Sikki Reddy) and Men’s Doubles (with Chirag Shetty), respectively. Satwik and Chirag played the longest match of the day to enter Round 2. Sindhu starts her campaign tomorrow.
