1994 Asian Games: Indians Finish 8th with 22 Medals

Hiroshima Asian Games saw Indians winning 4 Gold medals in the tally of 22 medals to finish 8th. For the first time, Tennis topped the Indian medal list with two Gold medals. Kabaddi Men’s team retained their Gold, while fourth Gold was earned by Jaspal Rana. Athletics could not provide Gold for the second consecutive Asian Games.
