Asian Games: Indian Medal Winners in 10000m

Indians have won 3 Gold, 2 Silver and 4 Bronze medals in Men’s and Women’s 10000m event. India started with Men’s 10000m Bronze in 1951 and won first Gold in 1962 Asian Games through Tarlok Singh. Hari Chand completed a rare double of Gold in 10000m and 5000m event both in 1978 Asian Games. While Men won their last medal in 1998 Asian Games, Women won their first medal in 2006 Asian Games.
