
With 1 Gold, 4 Silver and 5 Bronze medals Indians are placed 5th at Archery Medal tally of Asian Games. Starting from 1978, most of the editions have seen dominance of South Korea, to whom Indians lost two finals in 2018 Asian Games. After winning first medal in 2006 Asian Games, Indians have been on the medal tally in every edition winning Gold in team event of 2014 Asian Games. While Team event has provided most of the medals, three medals were won in Individual event.
