India has a positive winning ratio in last 6 editions of Champions Trophy but the overall result is surprising. In the first three editions they have reached the semifinals but after 2004 onwards they have not surfaced in semifinals in the last three editions, although overall when they were at their best in ODI with threatening line-up. With 2 titles, one Runners up, maximum match wins and least match losses, India established themselves as the overall Champion of the Champions Trophy.
