Indian Badminton celebrated a super Sunday (Nov 26) as the shuttlers won 5 titles and finished Runners up in 6 events of 3 different tournaments. While Sindhu finished Runners up at Hong Kong Open Super Series, Indians bagged 3 titles at India International Series and 2 titles at Para-Badminton World Championships 2017. Parul Dalsukhbhai Parmar won two titles, while Lakshya Sen defended his 2016 title and Tanishq bagged the Singles Titles at India International Series that also saw Men’s Doubles team winning. Indians increased their title wins to 39 titles in 2017.
