Jr. World Cup Shooting: Another High Finish for Indian Shooters in 2018

As Muskan Bhanwala won Gold on final day, Indians signed off with equal number of Gold medals as China. Both won maximum 9 Gold medals at Junior World Cup Shooting 2018 that concluded on Mar 28 at Australia. Indian journey started with a junior world record shooting from Elaveni Valarivan, who won India’s first Gold in this tournament and among others have Golden show of Manu Bhaker continued and Anish Bhanwala, brother of Muskan winning Gold medal. After record World Cup few weeks before, this is another high finish for Indian shooters. Check overall performance of Indians with results.

Overall, Indians won 9 Gold, 5 Silver and 8 Bronze medals to finish second behind China who won 3 more Silver medals. Indians won 22 medals as compared to China’s 25. Both together won 47 of the 66 medals available to grab.
