Super Eight Group 1 First Match: SL Seal A Thriller Against Kiwis

Sri Lanka and New Zealand brought the fireworks back to World Cup with a tie that Malinga helped SL win in the Super over. Sri Lanka scored 13/1 through Mahela, Perera and Dilshan in Southee’s over, while Malinga restricted Guptill, Brendum McCullum and Ross Taylor to 6/1 taking Sri Lanka to victory in the tie.
