Umar Gul was given ball only in 18th over, being an expectator as his team spinners were toying around with South African bowlers. His frustration helped Pakistan turn lucky when he lifted his team from an almost guaranted defeat to a 2 wicket win. Coming in 15th overs with Pakistan at 76/7 needing 57 from 32 balls, he took the attack to the opponent and forced AB de Villiers commit mistake in captaincy.
