Yuvraj Singh
He was part of the Indian team for World Cup, just on old glorious performances. Everyone always knew he has the exceptional talent. But, nobody thought the talent will be exposed at its best in the World Cup. With four Man of the Match awards (a record for maximum such awards in one tournament), scored 4 half-centuries – the highest number of 50s scored in the tournament, added with a century amounting to 341 runs in 7 innings, placed at 8th position in highest run getter he has excelled as a batsman. Dilshan
The Sri Lankan opener has shown the form of 2009 World Cup, when Sri Lanka lost the final to Pakistan and he was adjudhed player of the series award. He is the top-most run scorer with 467 runs that includes two centuries and two half-centuries, besides two man of the match awards. He also has 7 wickets against his name, getting closest to the hattrick among all those who missed hattricks in 2011 World Cup. He is certainly the toughest contender against Yuvraj Singh.
Sangakkara
The Wicket-keeper batsmen captain of Sri Lanka hass led from the front. His exceptional captaincy, batting and wicketkeeping has earned him man of the match award in the semifinal.
